Drug Investigation Results in Arrest of a Two
On July 13th, 2023 the Milford Police Department’s Drug Unit completed a multiple week investigation with the arrest of a Milford man and Dover woman. As part of this investigation a search warrant was executed at a residence on Winward Boulevard, resulting in Major S. Foster, 24 of Milford, and Alayjia Diaz, 23 of Dover, were taken into custody without incident.
The investigation resulted in heroin, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia being seized. Mr. Foster was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Mr. Foster was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2, where bail was set at $11,400.00 secured. Mr. Foster was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas for a Preliminary Hearing later this month. Ms. Diaz was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ms. Diaz was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and released on her own recognizance. Ms. Diaz is scheduled to appear at the Sussex Court of Common Pleas later this month.
